Cardinal George talks about the disciplines and spirituality of Lent on the cable TV program, The Church, the Cardinal and You. The Cardinal and host Graziano Marcheschi discuss how Catholics can strengthen their faith during the Lenten Season.

Also on the latest edition of this program, the Director of Hispanic Ministry for the Archdiocese, Fr. Claudio Diaz, offers a Lenten reflection.
