LOURDES PILGRIMAGE,
WORLD YOUTH DAY, RELEVANT RADIO
FEATURED ON CABLE TV PROGRAM

With the crown of the Rosary Basilica in the foreground, thousands of pilgrims pray the rosary during a candlelight procession at Lourdes.

Cardinal George leads a group of Chicago-area faithful on a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in France.  Highlights of that journey are featured in the latest edition of the cable television program, The Church, the Cardinal and You.

The World Youth Day celebrations in Sydney, Australia, and at St. Hyacinth Basilica in Chicago are also featured in this program.  And CCY cameras will take you behind the scenes of Relevant Radio as it uses the airwaves to bridge the gap between faith and everyday life.

Comcast customers who live in Chicago and throughout the suburbs can see The Church, the Cardinal and You every Sunday at 1 p.m. on CN-100, the Comcast Network (Channel 100). The program also airs every Friday at 7 p.m. on Chicago Loop Cable Channel 25. CCY is produced by the Archdiocese of Chicago’s Office of Radio and Television.
